This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.2804 of 2023 by order dated 07.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
