This Criminal Revision has been filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed in M.P. No.1618 of 2013, wherein the learned Magistrate has directed the petitioner to pay the educational expenses of the child.
2.This order was passed in the year 2011. The respondent in spite of notice has not entered appearance and her name has also been printed in the cause list.
3.This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Magistrate and accordingly, this Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
