Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KANNIAH, Advocate on behalf of the respondent the court made the following order:- It is reported that in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 07.04.2017, the respondent in this petition has deposited 25% of the maintenance amount. Hence, this petition is filed by the petitioner/respondents to withdraw the amount. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Hence, the 1st petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw amount deposited to the credit of the suit.

Post the Appeal for hearing on 06.07.2018.
