The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that a complaint has been received from the counter party as against the petitioner, for which a receipt has been issued under CSR No.92 of 2020, and thereafter, the third respondent has conducted detailed enquiry on the same and closed it as civil in nature.
