O R D E R

The petitioner, who is a doctor, has filed this petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.01.2021 for de-sealing the USG Scan Centre located at Dr.Parvathi Hospital, No.311 - Malang Road, Vaniyambadi, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The appeal is preferred, pursuant to the show-cause notice issued by the first respondent dated 05.09.2019. It is pointed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a similar order passed in W.P. No.7557 of 2018 by this court on 09.03.2021.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that no such appeal papers were received from the petitioner. If that is so, the petitioner is directed to present the copy of the appeal by Registered Post as well as in person, within 10 days from today. On receipt of the appeal papers, the first respondent, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on or before 10.05.2021, in the light of the order already passed by this court in W.P. No.7557 of 2018 dated 09.03.2021.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
