The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to renew the retail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
fire crackers licence of the petitioners for the year 2015-16. Since the renewal is granted only for one year, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous in this writ petition due to passage of time. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
