Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pay pension taking into account the qualifying service rendered by him.
It is seen that the petitioner has made so many representations in this regard.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 02.02.2015 of the petitioner made to the 1st respondent may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated period in the light of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court rendered in W.A.No.1651 of 2000 dated 08.07.2009 (State of Tamil Nadu, rep. by its Secretary to Government, School Education Department and another vs. V.Jesudoss).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 for grant of pension for the services rendered by him in the Government, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the Division Bench Judgment rendered in W.A.No.1651 of 2000 dated 08.07.2009 cited supra, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
