Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to award one mark for the answer attended by the petitioner in Question No.122 (A-Series) (Paper -II) and publish the correct result in so far relates to the petitioner. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to award one mark for the answer attended by the petitioner in Question No.122 (A.Series) (Paper-II) and publish the correct result in so far as it relates to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has answered correctly for question No.122 (A.Series) (Paper-II) in the Teacher Eligibility Test, the key answer was given wrongly and based on that he was awarded with no marks and made disqualified and not able to get job. Hence, he has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard both sides.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in the meanwhile, admittedly the respondents have realized their mistake and have rectified the mistake and stated that the petitioner is entitled to one mark for the said answer and accordingly if one mark is added admitedly the petitioner will be qualified for certificate verification.

5. Therefore, in such view of the matter, a direction is given to the respondents to call for the petitioner for certificate verification within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such verification, if the petitioner is found to be qualified in the category she belongs to within the cut-off marks, necessary order of appointment order be issued to her.

With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, coonnected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
