ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in

Cr.No.631 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.631 of 2018 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
