The condition imposed by the Court while granting bail on 13.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.31430 of 2023, was modified by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1394 of 2024 dated 29.01.2024 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition modified by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1394 of 2024 dated 29.01.2024 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required instead of every Friday at 5.00 p.m.
