By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.12.2014 followed by a reminder dated 16.04.2015 stating that she is in possession and enjoyment of two cents of land in Survey No.321 of Valigandapuram Village and on that land, she had put up a superstructure and prayed for Domestic Service Connection and since, no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned Standing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents and would submit that the jurisdictional Tahsildar, has to be added as the party.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court, directs the Tahsildar, Veppanthattai to consider the representation dated 01.12.2014 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned, and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
