C O M M O N O R D E R Instant applications have been filed to appoint Mr.Kiran Kumar Mohanty, Collection Analyst of the applicant Company as Receiver or appoint an Advocate Commissioner to take possession of the vehicles lying with the respondent and handover the same to the applicant Company and the Receiver may further be authorised to take necessary Police aid for taking the possession/custody of the said vehicle and accordingly the SHO Officers (Incharge) in whose jurisdiction the vehicles are found be directed to provide necessary Police aid to the Receiver so appointed for executing the orders of this Court.
2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, Mr.Shankar Subramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant applications.
