Midway through the submissions, the learned counsel submitted that he would now opt to raise the issues which he has raised in these petitions during trial, and sought the leave of this Court to withdraw these petitions.

3.These Criminal Original Petitions accordingly permitted to be withdrawn, and they are dismissed as withdrawn.
