This petition has been filed for extension of time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 07.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.14014 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26574 of 2013.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit and the fact that the investigation is almost complete and also taking into consideration nature of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of two months. Accordingly, ordered.
