ORDER

This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent suspending the petitioner and not permitting him to retire.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suspension has been revoked and the petitioner was allowed to retire w.e.f.

31.12.2016 through proceeding dated 27.11.2019. A copy of the proceeding was also produced before this Court and the same is taken on file.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner and sometime may be fixed by this Court to direct the respondents to settle the monetary benefits.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has taken place, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, except to direct the 3rd respondent to immediately take steps to pay all the monetary benefits / terminal benefits to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a representation in this regard to the 3rd respondent along with the copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
