Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The prayer in the writ petitions is to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for fixing special time scale of pay in the post of Sweeper, as per the G.O.Ms.No.385 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1.10.2010, with all consequential benefits.

3. The petitioners are employed as Part Time Sweepers from the year1976 and 1994 respectively.
They claim pay as per G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010 with all consequential benefits. The petitioners made representations dated 31.03.2015 to the 2nd respondent. The postal receipts for having sent the representations are enclosed in the typed set of papers.
4. Taking into account the narrow prayer made, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners for fixing the time scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010, in the light of the orders of this Court made in Rev.Application No.207 of 2014 in W.P.No.13168 of 2013 dated 4.8.2014, Rev.Application No.281 of 2014 in W.P.No.13162 of 2013 dated 8.12.2014 and W.P.No.33950 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014, and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
