ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 30.05.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the fourth respondent, in violation of the planning sanction, has constructed the building, where a lodge is being run. By an order dated 30.05.2025, the first respondent has directed the third respondent to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for violating the planning sanction.

3. Dr. T. Sreenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. On instructions, he would submit that the third respondent has already initiated action against the fourth respondent for violation of the building sanction by issuing a stop work notice and he would also submit that pursuant to the same, further action will also be taken against the fourth respondent.

4. The written instructions received by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3 has also been placed on record before this Court.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now satisfied since the stop work notice has been issued by the third respondent with regard to the building violation committed by the fourth respondent.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, after recording the fact that the third respondent has initiated action against the fourth respondent for the building plan violation by issuing a stop work notice to the fourth respondent and by undertaking to proceed further against the fourth respondent if further violations are committed by the fourth respondent in accordance with law. No Costs.
