The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.4 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the proceedings.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st respondent after registering the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2019, conducted investigation and filed the final report before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and it is pending for taking cognizance. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition become devoid of merits. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
