Writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.KA.No.2028/2012/PC1 dt 03.09.2015 quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner as the elected president of Kumrarajupettai Village Panchayat, Pallipattu Taluk, Tirvullaur District and to allow the petitioner to assume office of the President of the said Panchayat.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner as the elected president of Kumararajapettai Village Panchayat, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District for the year 2015.

3. Now the period is already over and nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
