Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the anticipatory bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18158 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.31497 of 2019 dated 10.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walaja daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18158 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.31497 of 2019 dated 10.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walaja, twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 16/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
