This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10866 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13099 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a further period of two weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
