Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition fully that was imposed on 19.02.2020 in the bail application in Cr.No.8/2019 in Crl.OP.3266/2020 that the petitioner/ accused shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m and 5.30p.m. for a period of one month and thereafter daily at 10.30a.m until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.AYYADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.HARI, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m for a period of one month and thereafter daily at 10.30 a.m until further order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the condition imposed by this Court is just and reasonable, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
