The Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the Third Respondent to consider the application dated 19.10.2016 made by the Petitioner to the Third Respondent for renewal of gun license for a period of nine years from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2019. 2.The Third Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit stating that gun license of the Petitioner has been renewed by proceedings K. dis 43601/2010/C4 dated 27.03.2018 passed by the Third Respondent for the period from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the original copy of the same with renewal order has been handed over to the Petitioner, which has been acknowledged by him on 28.03.2018.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in the Writ Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
