Prayer in WP.No.42005 of 2016 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus Calling for the records impugned notice issued by the respondents 3rd dated 01.11.2016 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondent 2 and 3rd to issue license to SKY GYM functioning at 2nd floor at No.348/1051 Thiruvottiyur High Road Old Washermenpet Chennai-600 021 without insisting written rental agreement.

JUDGMENT
