The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-6, Avadi Police Station, Avadi, Chennai 600 054.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.64 of 2020 for the offence under Section 380 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
