The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of 1/3

Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records in pursuant to the award dated 28.12.2010 made in I.D.No.180 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Labour Court, Vellore, in so far as awarding compensation of Rs.50,000/- to the first respondent is concerned and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that aggrieved by the compensation awarded to the first respondent by the second respondent, the petitioner filed this writ petition, however, during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner deposited the entire award amount and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
