CR.NO.13/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.," dated 30.01.2020 made in the above Crl.OP.No.1995/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1995 of 2020 dated 30.01.2020.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition after 17.03.2020, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
