ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.185 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thirupattur on 20.04.2015. However, it was returned for some corrections. Thereafter, it was also re-presented before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thirupattur. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thirupattur, is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the first respondent and proceed in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
