Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of suspension of practice in ROC No.2824 of 2015 dated 15.9.15 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to have his legal practice.
