Seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to complete the trial in CC.No.160 of 2011, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that the trial in CC.No.160 of 2011 is pending for the past four years.

4.Under such circumstances, a direction is issued to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
