ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the encroachers have already been evicted from the Government property.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in the subject land, the Government has established King Institute of Medical Science.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the present writ
petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.7343 of 2022 is ordered and W.M.P.No.7344 of 2022 is closed.
