Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorariafied Mandamus to call for the records, namely notice dated 29.03.2018 insofar as it restricts the participation of the candidate in further rounds of counselling, issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling of Deemed Universities for final Mop Up conducted by the third respondent in respect of NEET PG 2018.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submitted that he has got written instructions from the Assistant Director General (ME), Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, Medical Examination Cell, New Delhi, dated 10.04.2018 to the effect that the petitioner would be permitted to appear for the subsequent counselling. Hence, recording the same, no further adjudication is required in this Writ petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs.
