Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.3232/2020/A3/ dated 02/03/2022 and to quash the same and thereby directing the respondent to renew the licence for the collection of fee for the newly constructed Muthukadai Pay Toilet for the period of 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 as per the original Auction Rules and proceedings.
