PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, directing the 1st respondent to de-freeze the Company's current Account bearing no.0540761000083 maintained with the 3rd respondent marked debit freeze through a notice dated 10.02.2025 in connection with CSR No.196 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's Current Account bearing No.05407610000083 maintained with the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner is having a Current Account with the third respondent. Based on the request made by the first respondent, the account of the petitioner was frozen by the third respondent and the petitioner was not permitted to operate his account.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that by a communication dated 28.03.2025, the first respondent had already instructed the third respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account and permit the petitioner to operate his account. The issue arose due to a technical glitch, which has now been resolved by the concerned Anti-virus company.
5. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to operate his account.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
