Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.1.2021 and to restore electricity connection to the petitioners' premises bearing commercial shops at No.82, Poonamallee Trunk Road, Poonamallee, Chennai 600 056 comprised in Survey No.115/8A/2.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.1.2021 and to restore the electricity service connection for the petitioner's premises viz., commercial shop https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at No.82, Poonamallee Trunk Road, Poonamallee, Chennai 600 056 comprised in Survey No.115/8A/2.

2. Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondent-Board, would submit that the electricity service connection of the petitioner has not been discarded as claimed by the petitioner.
