When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition was filed challenging the suspension order on the ground that as per the By-law of the second respondent Society, the order of suspension can be passed only by the Sub-Committee of the second respondent Society and the President of the second respondent Society has no power to pass the order of suspension. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that considering the said ground, this Court vide order dated 28.11.2013, granted an order of interim stay. He further submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the order of suspension was revoked and the petitioner continue to work.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings, if any, already initiated against the petitioner. No costs.
