No.402 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed by the plaintiff in the suit seeking leave to produce three documents which are described in the schedule to the Judge's summons. The suit is at the pre-trial stage. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the suit was filed during the COVID 19 pandemic and that the plaintiff did not have sufficient manpower to coordinate with the counsel to file all relevant documents. It is also stated that the three documents are vital to the prosecution of the suit. The defendants do not have any objection to this application being allowed subject to the their objections inter alia on the ground of relevance and proof.

2. In the facts and circumstances, the applicant has established reasonable cause. Accordingly, A.No.1361 of 2022 is allowed subject to the objections of the respondents inter alia on the grounds of relevance and proof. Consequently, the respondents are permitted to file the statement of Page No.1 of 2

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal admission/denial in respect of these additional documents. The defendants are directed to file draft issues. The parties are also directed to agree upon and submit a common proposed case management schedule. List on 08.04.2022.
