ORDER

The petitioner/wife has approached this Court, seeking transfer of matrimonial proceedings filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2025.

2. The parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, pursuant to which, on 10.09.2025, the parties have amicably resolved the differences between them and they have agreed upon certain terms and conditions, which are reduced into writing by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025.

3. Recording the said Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The said Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025, shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
