O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to pronounce the Judgment in the suit in O.S.No.398 of 2009, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the orders were reserved for judgment in the year 2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the history of the case hearing, It shows that the matter was posted for arguments on 13.06.2013. Thereafter, it was posted for judgment on 27.01.2015. Again, it was reopened on 19.02.2015 and it continued upto 19.06.2017, under the caption for "arguments". From 23.06.2017, it was pending under the caption for "clarification". Again, on 02.09.2017, it was posted for arguments.

3. Aggrieved over the non-progress of the case, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition, seeking direction for pronouncing of judgment.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to pronounce the judgment in O.S.No.398 of 2009, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
