This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the respondent to register a complaint dated 16.6.2015 given by the petitioner and to take action and file a final report within a specified time.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.
It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 16.6.2015 to the respondent police by post and no action has been taken. The Petitioner is directed to go in person and ;give a copy of the complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being vien, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh andothers in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
