(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this petition to substitute the Registrar, State Human Rights Commission, in the place of the Chairman, State Human Rights Commission, who is arrayed as first respondent in the writ petition.

2. Since the petitioner has wrongly impleaded the Chairman, State Human Rights Commission, this petition is ordered substituting the Registrar, State Human Rights Commission as the first respondent in the writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the writ petition after three weeks.
