C.M.P.No.17710 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.sr.32151 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days against the order dated 16.12.2019 in W.C.No.171 of 2016 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Coonnoor.

2.Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for R2, R4 to R8 has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 30 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 30 days, in the appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
