J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The appellant was appearing party in person and since he was absent, on 15.12.2022, this Court ordered to serve notice directly to the appellant. However, the same was returned as no such addressee. Subsequently, the writ appeal came up for hearing on 05.04.2023 and on that day also, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 10.04.2023 under the caption " for dismissal". Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
