ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.07.2018 passed in Na.Ka.13635/2002/A2, by the third respondent and seeking to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire case bundle had already been handed over to the petitioner with change of vakalath. So far, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on their behalf. Today, when the matter is called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel entered appearance before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
