O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme with Anthimazhai Music Cutcheri and Pongal Festival from 11.08.2017 at 7.00 a.m., to 13.08.2017 at 10.00 p.m., at Sri Nanachiamman and Sri Kanniyamman Temple at Morappanthangal village, Arni Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, with police aid based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2017. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 05.08.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple from 11.08.2017 at 7.00 a.m., to 13.08.2017 at 10.00 p.m., the respondents have not passed orders till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances,

directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 10.08.2017. 5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
