O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 22.01.2019 made in E.P.No.971 of 2017 in Arc.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and the decree holder/respondent has received the entire amount awarded in vide order dated 25.03.2015. The learned counsel for the respondent has also produced the order made in E.P.No.971 of 2017 in Arc.No.5 of 2015 before this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent that the matter is settled between the parties, no further orders are required in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
