O R D E R

It is submitted by Mr.T.P.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner / company was already wound up pursuant to the liquidation proceedings initiated under the Companies Act and it is a non-existing entity, as on date. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition cannot be continued at the instance of a non-existing entity.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed, leaving it open to the respondent no.1 to take appropriate steps for execution of the award in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
