Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider and pass suitable order in respect of the petitioners representation dated 10.12.2012 on merits and in accordance with law.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the resident of Door No.19 T Salem Main Road, Uthangarai Post and Taluk, Krishnagiri. He submitted a representation dated 10.12.2012 and also a reminder dated 06.02.2015 to the 1st respondent stating among other things that the 2nd respondent without any permission whatsoever has converted the lodge into a marriage hall and thereby causing nuisance and disturbance and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that inspite of the order dated 13.10.2008 made in W.P.No.35573 of 2007, order dated 26.02.2010 made in W.P.No.24482 of 2009 and the common order dated 19.07.2011 made in W.P.Nos.15175 and 23114 of 2010, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

4. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the official respondents.

5. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 10.12.2012, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the 2nd respondent and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 2nd respondent.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
