ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2018 made in I.A.No.45 of 2018 in O.S.No.638 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi.

2. When the matter was posted for admission on 25.06.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned. Even on that day, this Court directed the Trial Court to proceed with the 1/3

suit in accordance with law without waiting for the order to be passed in the present Civil Revision Petition. Today, when the matter was listed under the caption for "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
