This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to raise the order of attachment dated 04.12.2018 passed in Application No.1595 of 2018 in respect of the schedule mentioned property.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been settled and learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has no objection to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, the order of attachment passed by this Court in Application No.1595 of 2018 dated 04.12.2018 is hereby raised. The order shall be transmitted to the District Court, Surat, Gujarat for effecting the order and communicate the effect of such order to the Sub Registrar's office, SRO Zone 6, Punakumhariya, Surat.
